| WE ARE BACK! We had originally started this sale in September, but were rudely interruped by Hurricane Helene! Hope all of you are doing well and have somewhat recovered from the damage caused by the storm. The Holiday Season is upon us now, and the exquisite items available in this house would make exceptional Holiday gifts for your friends, loved ones, &/ or for yourself! We are currently selling art, furniture, & other estate treasures from this gorgeous Flat Rock Estate! Please Note: This sale is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! HOW THIS WORKS: 1. View photos below and select the item(s) you are interested in purchasing. Make a note of the item number(s). 2. Call, text, or email us to let us know what you have selected, and to make an appointment. Please include your name & phone number in your communication. **See contact info below.
3. We will record your name, items you have selected, and the time and date you have communicated with us. You will be placed on a list in order of your time stamp.
4. If you are first to inquire about an item, you have right of 1st refusal; if you decide you don't want the item, we will call the next person in line for that item.
5. Payment can be made over the phone or at the estate during your appointment by credit card, cash, or check (with ID).
We have AVAILABLE NOW several high end pieces of art, furniture, glass, sculptures, and decorative accessories. Many other items in the house are available but not pictured such as glassware, kitchen accessories, decorative pillows, linens, pottery, & more. These are priced at the house. Address for this sale will be given to you when you call or email your interest in any of the items for sale.
